We bring together thoughtfully selected locations, professional hosts, and elevated service to create experiences that feel seamless, personal, and unforgettable.
What types of experiences do you offer?
Our experiences are thoughtfully designed, multi-day journeys that typically range from 5–10+ days, depending on the destination.
Some experiences are centered in a single location, while others may include multiple settings — such as a combination of city, countryside, or coastal environments — creating a more layered and immersive experience.
In certain destinations, optional pre- or post-experience extensions may also be available.
Who are these experiences designed for?
Our guests are individuals and couples who value elevated travel, meaningful connection, and a balance of activity and relaxation.
Many guests are passionate pickleball players, while others simply enjoy being part of the environment. Each experience is intentionally designed so both players and non-players feel equally engaged.
How are your experiences structured?
Our experiences are intentionally curated to create a highly personal and connected environment.
Many of our core experiences are designed for approximately 8 couples (or 16 guests) — a format that allows for a natural sense of intimacy, flow, and individualized attention.
We also curate private group experiences for clubs, communities, and organizations, thoughtfully scaling the format while preserving the same level of curation, service, and overall experience design.
Do you offer private group or club experiences?
Yes. In addition to our Signature Experiences, we partner with private clubs, communities, and organizations to design custom, high-touch travel experiences tailored specifically to their members or groups.
These experiences may vary in size, format, and duration while maintaining the same standards of quality and execution.
What makes Luxury Pickle Travel different from a typical vacation or pickleball camp?
Luxury Pickle Travel is not a packaged trip or a series of scheduled activities.
Every experience is intentionally designed — from the pacing of the day to the balance between play, recovery, dining, and exploration. The result is a seamless, elevated experience where each element enhances the next.
What does a typical day feel like?
Each day is designed with a natural rhythm rather than a rigid schedule.
Mornings often include pickleball or optional wellness, followed by afternoons that allow for recovery, relaxation, or curated destination experiences. Evenings center around exceptional dining and connection.
Prior to arrival, guests complete a Guest Profile, allowing us to personalize elements of the experience — from play groupings to dining preferences and activity interests.
How structured is the experience? Will I have free time?
The experience is thoughtfully structured, but never restrictive.
Guests are always free to participate as much or as little as they’d like. The goal is to create a framework that enhances your experience — while preserving flexibility and personal choice.
Will I feel comfortable if I don’t know anyone?
Yes. Many of our guests join without knowing others in advance.
At the same time, many guests choose to travel with friends — particularly other couples or fellow players — and it’s common for guests to invite others to join their experience. We welcome and encourage this, and in certain cases offer incentives for guests who bring additional couples.
Is this more about pickleball or the overall experience?
It’s the combination that defines the experience.
Pickleball is a central element, but it is intentionally balanced with hospitality, wellness, culinary, and cultural components — creating a well-rounded and elevated travel experience.
What type of accommodations do you offer?
We partner with a curated collection of private villas, boutique hotels, and luxury resorts, each selected to reflect the character, quality, and experience of the destination.
Every property is chosen not only for its design and comfort, but for how it supports the overall flow of the experience.
Will we have a private room?
Yes. All guests enjoy private, thoughtfully appointed accommodations, typically with ensuite bathrooms.
Comfort, privacy, and quality of rest are essential components of the overall experience.
Are accommodations shared with other guests?
While some properties — particularly private villas — are shared at the group level, all sleeping accommodations are private to each booking.
Shared spaces are intentionally designed to enhance connection while still allowing for personal space when desired.
What are the villas like?
Our private villas are selected for their architectural design, setting, and ability to host a seamless group experience.
They often feature expansive indoor-outdoor living, multiple gathering areas, pools, wellness or fitness spaces, and a natural flow between private and shared environments.
Do you only use villas, or also hotels and resorts?
It depends on the destination and the experience design.
Some experiences are centered in private villas, while others incorporate boutique hotels or luxury resorts, or a combination of multiple properties across the journey.
Can I request a specific room or upgrade?
In many cases, yes. Room assignments and upgrade opportunities may be offered based on booking timing, availability, or specific room categories within a property.
Are accommodations close to the pickleball courts and activities?
Yes. Locations are selected to ensure ease of access and a seamless daily flow.
Depending on the destination, this may include walkable access, short coordinated transfers, or private golf cart transportation, allowing guests to move comfortably between accommodations, courts, and shared spaces.
Is housekeeping included?
Yes. All accommodations include professional housekeeping and service appropriate to the level of the property.
Will we be staying in one place or multiple locations?
Some experiences are centered in a single exceptional property, while others may include multiple accommodations — such as a combination of city and coastal environments — creating a more dynamic and immersive journey.
What does the pickleball experience include?
Each experience includes professionally curated pickleball programming designed to balance instruction, match play, and social play, integrated into the overall flow of the journey.
Who are the professional hosts?
Our experiences are led by world-class professionals — including our Signature Hosts, who are also part of the ownership group.
They are deeply involved in the design and delivery of each experience, ensuring a level of quality, consistency, and engagement that goes beyond traditional instruction.
Do I need to be an advanced player?
Not at all. Guests join us across a range of skill levels.
We thoughtfully structure play to ensure that everyone feels comfortable, appropriately challenged, and included.
How are groups and match play organized?
All pickleball programming is thoughtfully designed by our Signature Hosts, who are involved in every detail of the on-court experience.
From groupings and match play to overall flow and energy, each element is curated to create a balanced and engaging environment.
Will we only play within our group?
Not necessarily. In many destinations, we incorporate opportunities to play with local players or members, creating a more dynamic and social experience.
How much pickleball is there each day?
Pickleball is typically offered daily, with structured sessions most often in the morning and optional play opportunities throughout the experience.
Can I book private instruction?
Yes. Private or small-group instruction sessions are available as an optional add-on.
What role does wellness play in the experience?
Wellness is an integral part of every experience — supporting recovery, relaxation, and overall well-being.
What is included?
Experiences include curated wellness elements such as in-villa treatments (for example, a massage per guest or couple), recovery sessions, and destination-specific offerings.
Are additional wellness services available?
Yes. Additional wellness services can be arranged as optional add-ons through our concierge team.
Is wellness optional?
Yes. Guests are free to participate as much or as little as they’d like.
What is the dining experience like?
Dining includes a blend of chef-prepared in-villa meals and curated restaurant experiences, reflecting the destination.
Each experience includes a minimum of three curated in-villa dining evenings.
What meals are included?
Breakfast is always included, along with all in-villa dinners and most curated dining experiences.
Lunches are included in many cases depending on the destination and schedule.
Are beverages included?
Yes. Select beverages, along with healthy snacks and refreshments, are included.
Premium wine and liquor selections may be added as an enhancement, and additional preferences can be arranged through the concierge team.
Are culinary experiences included?
In many destinations, yes — including wine tastings, cooking classes, and local culinary experiences.
What experiences are included beyond pickleball?
Each experience includes a curated selection of adventure, cultural, and destination-based activities.
How are experiences selected?
We maintain a curated collection of experiences for each destination, which are shared in advance and refined based on preferences collected through the Guest Profile.
Can I customize experiences?
Yes. Additional or private experiences can be arranged through our concierge team.
Are activities optional?
Yes. All experiences are optional and designed to provide flexibility.
Do you book flights?
We do not directly book flights. However, our concierge team is available to assist with guidance and coordination if requested.
Are transfers included?
Yes. Ground transportation is arranged within recommended arrival and departure windows.
What happens after booking?
You will complete your Guest Profile and receive pre-arrival materials, including your itinerary and preparation details.
What should I pack?
A destination-specific packing guide is provided prior to your experience.
Will I have support during the experience?
Yes. Our concierge team is present throughout to ensure a seamless experience.
How do I reserve my place?
You will electronically execute booking documents, complete the Travel Information Form, and submit your deposit through the payment link.
What is included / not included?
Experiences are highly inclusive. Airfare, travel insurance, and certain add-ons are not included.
What is your cancellation policy?
All bookings are non-refundable.
For the protection of our guests, travel insurance is required.
What happens if I can’t attend?
Travel insurance may provide coverage. In some cases, we may assist with a replacement guest.
What happens if a trip does not fill?
Our experiences are designed to proceed as scheduled once confirmed.
We do not cancel experiences based on group size once bookings have begun, and experiences will operate with confirmed guests, ensuring every guest receives a fully supported and curated experience.
