Luxury Pickle Travel offers curated, high-touch travel experiences that combine world-class pickleball with exceptional accommodations, dining, wellness, and immersive destination experiences.
Who are these experiences designed for?
Our guests are individuals and couples who value elevated travel, meaningful connection, and a balance of activity and relaxation — whether they are passionate players or simply enjoy being part of the experience.
Do I need to be an advanced pickleball player?
Not at all. We welcome a range of skill levels and structure play to ensure every guest feels comfortable, engaged, and appropriately challenged.
What if my partner does not play pickleball?
That is very common. Each experience includes curated wellness, culinary, and destination-based activities, allowing every guest to enjoy a complete and fulfilling experience.
What are the accommodations like?
We partner with a curated collection of private villas, boutique hotels, and luxury resorts — all selected for their design, comfort, and alignment with the destination.
How much pickleball is there each day?
Pickleball is typically offered daily, with structured sessions and optional play. Guests are always free to participate as much or as little as they would like.
What is included in the experience?
Experiences are highly inclusive and typically cover accommodations, core pickleball programming, curated dining, wellness elements, and select destination activities.
Are meals included?
Yes. Breakfast is always included, along with curated dining experiences — including chef-prepared in-villa dinners and select restaurant experiences.
Do you assist with travel planning?
While we do not directly book flights, our concierge team is available to assist with guidance, transfers, and pre- or post-experience arrangements.
How do I reserve my place?
You will electronically execute the booking documents, complete your travel information, and secure your place with a deposit through a private booking link.
What is your cancellation policy?
All bookings are non-refundable. For the protection of our guests, comprehensive travel insurance is required.
What happens if a trip does not fill?
Our experiences are designed to operate as scheduled once confirmed. We do not cancel based on group size, ensuring every guest receives a fully supported and curated experience.
