Welcome to Luxury Pickle Travel (“LPT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.luxurypickletravel.com (the “Site”) and the curated travel, concierge, and related services offered through it (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Who We Are

Luxury Pickle Travel, Inc. (“LPT”) is a U.S.-based company that curates, designs, and markets premium pickleball, wellness, culinary, and lifestyle travel experiences.

All travel services—including bookings, payments, and fulfillment—are provided by K&E International, Inc., a Florida-licensed Seller of Travel (License No.11002) and its authorized affiliates (collectively, “K&E”).

K&E International, Inc. is the merchant of record and the contracting party for all travel services.
LPT does not sell travel, issue tickets, or act as the seller of travel; it operates as the brand, experience designer, and marketing platform.

2. Eligibility

To use our Site or Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction);
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts; and
Use the Services only for lawful personal or authorized business purposes.

3. Booking Terms & Scope of Services

Cancellation & Insurance Overview

Luxury Pickle Travel experiences are limited-capacity, villa-based, and secured in advance. As such, reservations require a substantial deposit and are subject to structured cancellation terms, which may include non-refundable payments depending on timing.
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all guests.
Full payment schedules and cancellation policies are disclosed in the applicable booking agreement prior to confirmation.

In the event of any conflict, the individual trip booking agreement shall control over these general Terms.

Flights

LPT and K&E do not book, sell, or arrange commercial air transportation. Guests are responsible for independently arranging their own flights unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

4. Payments

All payments for travel services are processed by K&E International, Inc. or its authorized payment processors.

By submitting payment, you authorize charges to your designated payment method for the amounts indicated, including applicable taxes and fees.

LPT does not collect or hold customer travel funds.

5. Pricing & Availability

All pricing is subject to availability and change until a booking is confirmed.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in pricing, descriptions, or availability.

6. Curated, Created & Hosted Experiences

Luxury Pickle Travel experiences are intentionally curated and hosted to balance high-level pickleball play with exceptional accommodations, wellness, culinary, cultural, and adventure programming.

Experience Formats

Our initial offerings are primarily designed for couples, typically featuring intimate group sizes and shared experiences. However:

Participation in pickleball sessions is never mandatory.
For guests or spouses who choose not to play pickleball—or who do not wish to participate every day—LPT curates alternative programming, which may include wellness sessions, spa and recovery experiences, culinary activities, cultural excursions, and local adventures.
Programming is designed to allow guests to engage at their own pace while remaining fully included in the overall experience.

As Luxury Pickle Travel evolves, we will also curate and host additional experience formats, which may include:

Trips designed for individual travelers (singles);
Trips for specific interest groups or skill levels; and
Private or group-specific experiences not limited to couples.

The structure, inclusions, and eligibility for each experience are defined in the applicable trip description and booking agreement.

Pickleball Hosting & Instruction

When pickleball programming is included:

Experiences are hosted by professional pickleball athletes and coaches, including Andrei Daescu and other invited professionals.
For standard curated trips with up to eight (8) couples, programming will include a minimum of two (2) professional pickleball hosts or coaches, ensuring appropriate instruction, match play, and guest experience.
Specific professional hosts and formats may vary by trip and are disclosed in advance.

7. Mandatory Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is a condition of participation in all Luxury Pickle Travel experiences.

Required minimum coverage includes:

Trip cancellation and interruption;
Emergency medical and evacuation; and
Baggage, travel delay, and personal effects coverage.

Proof of insurance must be provided to K&E International, Inc. by the final payment deadline specified in your booking agreement. Failure to provide proof may result in cancellation of your reservation without liability to LPT or K&E, subject to the applicable booking terms.

Neither LPT nor K&E is responsible for losses or expenses that would have been covered by travel insurance.

8. Assumption of Risk

Travel and experiential activities inherently involve risk, including but not limited to illness, injury, physical exertion, athletic participation, wellness and recovery activities, cultural excursions, adventure activities, weather events, transportation disruptions, and acts beyond reasonable control.

By participating in any LPT experience—whether engaging in pickleball, wellness, culinary, cultural, or adventure activities—you voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that LPT, K&E International, Inc., and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable except as required by law.

9. Health, Documentation & Conduct

You are responsible for ensuring that you:

Meet all passport, visa, vaccination, and health requirements;
Comply with all local laws and regulations; and
Conduct yourself in a respectful and safe manner.

We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms, without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, photography, and media—is owned by or licensed to Luxury Pickle Travel, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. User Content

If you submit photos, reviews, testimonials, or other content, you grant LPT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes and represent that you have the right to do so.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

LPT, K&E International, Inc., and their affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; and
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.

13. Force Majeure

Neither LPT nor K&E International, Inc. shall be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, labor disputes, or transportation disruptions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Arbitration shall take place in Palm Beach County, Florida.
You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxury Pickle Travel, Inc., K&E International, Inc., and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your breach of these Terms;
Your misuse of the Site or Services; or
Your violation of any third-party rights.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Revised versions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
